I work in information governance, records management and knowledge management for public administrations, semi-public institutions and international organisations. I take projects from needs analysis to adoption: information audit and assessment, design of classification frameworks and standards, management of records migrations, and change management.

At the General Secretariat of swissuniversities in Berne, I design and deploy the organisation’s information governance framework. Alongside this, I offer independent consulting services — from audits to training — drawing in particular on the mandates carried out from 2022 to 2026 at ArchiLab, the archival science laboratory of the Geneva School of Business Administration (HEG Genève).
